Happy Charter Day!

Allows the Township to send ordinances directly to the ballot.
Requires ballot measures for proposed sales or leases of Township property exceeding 25% of the annual Township budget.
Requires a public meeting for discussion of any ballot measure.
Proposed ordinances must be available on the Township website. Adopted ordinances must be available on the website before their effective dates.
Names, terms, & vacancies for elected and appointed members of boards, authorities, and commissions must be on the website.
Contact information for elected officials must be on the website.
